Interesting Facts...
The first film made by
Kriss in 1992
was a fan movie sequel (Beetlejuice II) based on
'Tim Burtons' 'Beetlejuice'.
It also starred Kriss in the lead role.
In 1997 Kriss began
work on his first full
length feature film,
'Full Moon'.
It featured over 30 people (Mostly friends and family)
and was still filming in 1999 when it was decided to end the project.
Kriss met 'Lee Batchelor'
of 'Phantom Force'
in 1994 and they have worked on the majority
of each others projects ever since.
In 2004 Kriss teamed up with 'David James' of Encore Productions
who both continue to
work on projects
together to
this day.
Between them, they created the original 'Phantom Force' series
in 2005 with Dave
as Director.
The title STANSFILM was created as a play on
Kriss' Surname
'Stansfield'.
Kriss once built an
entire town set on the
floor of his bedroom for
an animated short film featuring 'Star Wars' figures.
The short helped him
pass an ART exam
with flying colours.
